JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact potential clients and prospects through outbound calls.
• Explain our real estate services to customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about properties.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Follow up with potential clients to nurture leads.
• Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of leads.

ELIGIBILTY:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Telecaller in the real estate industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and customer databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• A sales-focused attitude with a willingness to serve clients effectively.
• Being bilingual is a plus.
